Local students earn start-up money during YEA! Shark Tank investor panel

Students had the opportunity to present their business concepts during a 'Shark Tank' inspired investor panel Tuesday as part of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) program.

2016 Saunders Scholarship Competition

Blake Lamb won top honors for his company Direct Sales Technology, LLC.

LIMA – Students had the opportunity to present their business concepts during a ‘Shark Tank’ inspired investor panel Tuesday as part of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) program.

The year-long program teaches middle and high school students how to start and run their own real businesses. The investment panel awarded Blake Lamb top honors for his company Direct Sales Technology, LLC. Lamb will go on to compete at the 2016 Saunders Scholarship Competition in May in Rochester, New York.
