ELIDA – The Elida High School basketball cheerleaders recently participated in the “Adopt A Room” project at the Samaritan House. They helped refurbish one of the 37 bedrooms in the homeless women’s shelter.

The girls cleaned, painted walls and woodwork, and provided linens, decorations, and a new dresser to a room at the Samaritan House. It was a successful learning experience and opportunity to give back the community.
