LIMA ─ Clocktower Plaza, located on North Cable Cable Road, is under new ownership and will now be managed by Clocktower Plaza, LLC, which is a sister company of CTW Development Corp.

“We are very optimistic about the future of Clocktower Plaza and are eager to begin our part in it,” said Chuck Whitman, owner of Clocktower Plaza, LLC, and CTW Development Corp.

“We are dedicated to improving the property and are actively seeking new tenants to add to the already impressive list,” Whitman noted.

The development company plans to redevelop the plaza and already has arrangements in place.

“Clocktower Plaza has extensive potential, and we plan to give it the attention it deserves,” Said Brad Whitman, vice president of Clocktower Plaza, LLC, and CTW Development Corp. “We have just acquired the property, but we don’t want to waste any time starting on minor improvements that will make a world of difference.”

Clocktower Plaza, LLC, and CTW Development Corp. are based in Youngstown, Ohio, and offer more than a million square feet of class ‘A’ office and retail space throughout Ohio.

Although new to the area, the companies have already made strides to become familiar with the Lima community and are working with Greg Butcher, of Lima’s Yocum Realty, for the plaza’s leasing.

“Our goal is to improve and develop Clocktower Plaza to attract new strong tenants and help grow the current customer base,” Chuck Whitman said. “We are determined to make Clocktower Plaza the premier shopping center for the Lima community.”
