LIMA – Allen Lima Leadership’s Class of 2017 will start its year with an orientation Sept. 14 and 15 at Fassett Farm, 22532 Bowsher Road, Cridersville.

The two days are filled with team building and trust exercises that help class members get to know one another; improve their communication, problem solving and leadership skills; and learn new techniques to improve their teams at their workplaces and organizations.

This year, the orientation, a traditional and always-anticipated piece of the ALL class experience, moves to a new location, Fassett Farm, home of the Equestrian Therapy Program. Trained facilitators at Fassett Farm will lead the the team building initiatives involving horses.

This is ALL’s 29th Signature Course class. “We’re very excited to open a new chapter with our orientation and look forward to a new class coming together” ALL Executive Director Heather Rutz said. “Class members have to get to know each other, trust each other and function well together, and these two days facilitate that.”
